*During Ballarat Seniors Festival (October), all weekly Ageing Well classes are free. Come and try a new activity and soak up the benefits of social connection and exercise.
Dance for Mobility and Balance
When: Mondays, 10.30am-11.30am (No classes on public holidays)

Movement Matters at Buninyong Town Hall
City of Ballarat would like to invite you to Movement Matters at Buninyong Town Hall for our 55+ community!
When: Thursdays, 11am-11:45am
Where: Buninyong Town Hall. Learmonth Street, Buninyong
Cost: $5 per class
This class aims to improve:
- Range of movement
- Flexibility
- Strength
- Agility
- Social Isolation
- Fitness
- Mental Health
These sessions will involve movements to music while seated in a chair

The City of Ballarat Ageing Well team are excited to host a number of upcoming events for our 55+ community.
Ageing with Pride Social Group
Presented by the Ageing Well Services Community Connector Team.
Come and join our Community Connectors as we celebrate our older LGBTI+ community and allies. This group provides a welcome space to meet new friends and have a chat about all things ageing with pride. Light morning tea provided.
When: 1st Friday of the month
Where: CoLab Space, upstairs in the Ballarat Library Doveton Street, Ballarat.
