For toddlers (18-24 months)

Wondering how to help your toddler develop healthy sleeping habits?

Join us for a free 90 minute information session with a Maternal and Child Health nurse.

Regular sessions are run at the Lucas Community Hub, 17 Coltman Plaza Lucas.

What the session will cover

  • Information on typical sleep patterns and behaviours of toddlers.
  • Ways to encourage your toddler to develop healthy sleep habits.
  • Settling strategies to help with challenging behaviours and sleep.

How to book

Bookings are essential for each parent attending.

Our sleep and settling sessions are parent-focused discussions to help your family with information and strategies. We recommend you make arrangements for your child so you can get the most out of the session.

If you are unwell on the day of your group session, please do not attend. You can reschedule your session.

Please note, you will need to complete a booking form for each adult attending.
