Len T Frazer Reserve
The Len T Frazer Reserve is the site of Ballarat’s major skate facility, the Ballarat Regional Skate Park.
The reserve is also home to the Open Monument, a 430 square metre installation which recognises the contribution of the Chinese to Ballarat and the surrounding region from 1850 onwards.
