City of Ballarat has a dedicated team that can assist residents 55 and over and their carers to connect with the local community and navigate services such as My Aged Care.
We can provide personalised information and drop-in support to empower you to age well in Ballarat.
Come see us in person at the Phoenix Building Armstrong Street South Monday to Friday or at one of our outreach sites. Please see the dates and locations below.
