Report to the City of Ballarat:
The City of Ballarat Environmental Health team can assist with residential noise such as loud music, power tools, mowing outside of prohibited times. Report it online by:

Report to the EPA:
The Environment Protection Authority of Victoria play a role in protecting the community from noise pollution. This includes noisy neighbours, vehicles and venues, and noise from industry and construction.
