Invermay Community Hall

The Invermay Recreation Reserve features two separate venues: the Sports Club, opened in 1996, and the Hall which was opened in 1986.

Overview

Regular users of the facilities include the Invermay Progress Association, Invermay Bowling Club, Weight Watchers, Invermay Tennis Club, Creswick Imperials Cricket Club and Ballarat Society of Model Engines.

The Sports club is fully carpeted, has a lounge bar and a commercial kitchen and has gas heating and air conditioning. 

The Hall features timber flooring, a carpeted meeting room and a kitchen. Both venues are suitable for private functions such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, anniversaries, Christmas parties etc.

Both venues has a well appointed kitchen with the Sports Club offering a commercial kitchen including 2 stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pie warmer, deep fryer, urn, servery window, Bain-marie, cutlery crockery, bar facilities. 

The Hall boasts a pie warmer, fridge, cutlery, crockery with access to a servery. 

The Sports Club and Community Hall is situated on the Invermay Recreation Reserve which also has a gazebo, BBQ and children’s playground, Miniature Railway (by appointment), tennis courts, and basketball ring making the hall ideal for family events.
