Public Infrastructure Plan (PIP)

A Public Infrastructure Plan (PIP) is an application requirement in the Urban Growth Zone, Schedule 2 for subdivisions.  A PIP is required when a planning permit is lodged (rather than after a permit has been issued) in order to clearly establish expectations (both City of Ballarat and Applicant) and, to speed up implementation and on the ground delivery.
