Authorisations

S11A Instruments of Appointments and Authorisations and the Planning and Environment Act 1987 authorises officers under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and section 313 of the Local Government Act 2020 allows the officer to institute proceeding for offences against the Act.

S15 Instrument of Appointment and Authorisation of Council’s FOI Officer appoints the officers to be Freedom of Information Officers for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
