The Sleep Clinic is a free 45 minute appointment focusing on individual family sleep patterns and concerns.
When: Tuesdays by appointment only available via face to face, telephone call or telehealth

Outreach consultations are available in the home setting and provide more intensive and tailored sleep and settling information to maximise support for families.
