PET OF THE WEEK
Lil' Puss and Tinkerbell - bonded besties! We are sweet affectionate little ladies. After previously living with each other, we are looking for a loving home to accommodate the both of us.
We are both calm, quiet girls and sometimes we like to play with my toys.
BUDGET ENGAGEMENT
The City of Ballarat’s budget process is changing – the process will be streamlined to provide ample opportunity for everyone to shape the budget.
In the coming weeks, community will have an opportunity to provide feedback and input into the development of the City of Ballarat’s 2024/25 Budget.
The 2024/25 budget engagement period will begin on October 9 and will close on October 27.
The community’s input to the City of Ballarat’s budget reflects an engaged and empowered community committed to achieving a better Ballarat.
VICTORIA PARK INCLUSIVE PLAY SPACE
Will be closed from 5pm Monday 16 October to 9am Thursday 19 October 2023. This closure is necessary to carry out routine landscaping and maintenance.
BIKETOBER
Biketober is coming to Ballarat – a fun, free and friendly biking challenge for the entire community to take part in throughout the month of October.
Biketober is the state’s biggest bike challenge. Riders who hop on their bikes and encourage others to do the same throughout October have the chance of winning amazing prizes.
You’ll earn points for each day and kilometre you ride, as well as every person you encourage. Those points will turn into entries into the prize draws!
As a Ballarat resident, registration is simple and free. Follow the instructions at www.lovetoride.net to fill in your details and link your profile to your workplace or club.
