FREE RAT TESTS
The State Government’s Council RAT Distribution Program is due to end on June 30, with people encouraged to collect their free packets.
All individuals, regardless of age or health condition, can collect up to two packets for themselves plus up to two packets for each household member per visit.
RATs can be collected from Sebastopol Library, 181 Albert Street, during opening hours:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9.30am-5pm

Thursdays: 9.30am-8pm

Saturdays: 9.30am-12pm
BRIDGE MALL BUILT FORM REVIEW CONSULTATION
Consultation has now opened for the community to provide feedback on the future scale of development within the Bridge Mall Precinct.
This Built Form Framework aims to retain the existing heritage character of the area whilst supporting a lively precinct with an appropriate scale of urban development.
This framework will incorporate buildings within Grenville Street, Curtis Street, Little Bridge Street and Humffray Street South.

AUTUMN LEAF COLLECTION
The City of Ballarat collect leaf litter on a street-by-street basis as well as responding to individual enquiries.
Requests for leaf collection should be made through the City of Ballarat’s Customer Service on 5320 5500, online via our Issue Reporting Form, or use the Snap Send Solve app to quickly request leaf collection to us 24/7.
Please advise us how your leaves are presented – bagged, piled or remain loose. Our crews will be able to respond faster to bagged and piled leaves.

The City of Ballarat Draft Budget 2023/24 has been released for public exhibition and can be read at the City of Ballarat Customer Service Centre, Town Hall and via the MySay website.
The City of Ballarat is also undertaking two important studies to further understand the community’s stories and how they impact our city’s heritage.
