Planning Delegated Committee Meeting | April 2024
At the monthly Planning Delegated Committee Meeting on Wednesday 10 April, Ballarat City Council considered the following agenda item:
102 – 108 Humffray Street (PLP/2022/818)
Council received a report on the Planning Permit Application for the use and development of 102–108 Humffray Street for two buildings – a residential mixed-use building and a commercial building with associated open space areas, reduction of car parking requirements and a liquor license.
The application received 56 objections and 11 supporting submissions. In February 2024 alternative built form designs were circulated to submitters.
Upon considering the application, Council resolved to issue a Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit.
