Victoria Park to be closed for Spilt Milk

City of Ballarat has been working closely with Spilt Milk organisers to minimise impacts to our facilities at Victoria Park as much as possible.  

We will continue to work with organisers in the days leading up to the event and at the conclusion of the festival.  

The event footprint has been adjusted many times, including restricting vehicle access on grassed areas and laying protective matting where possible.
