The following statement is in response to questions from The Courier regarding a sticker that was placed on a resident's bin.
Statement attributable to City of Ballarat Director of Infrastructure and Environment, Bridget Wetherall
This is a standard sticker that is used to alert a resident when contact with the City of Ballarat is required, to potentially replace the old/damaged bin, or to discuss alternate arrangements for waste collection depending on the circumstances.
