What is a circular economy?
The goal of a circular economy is to maximise value at each point in a product's life.
In a circular economy, waste from one business would be used by another business, reducing the use of new materials and the creation of waste.
Business can save on waste disposal costs or even profit by selling their ‘trash’ and another business can buy materials at a more competitive rate.
This means that there is more supply of raw materials for manufacturing and less materials finding their way to landfill!
