About the Amendment

The amendment proposes to rezone four parcels of land in the Woodmans Hill Gateway Area (Brown Hill) from the Rural Living Zone to the Commercial 2 Zone

The amendment will allow commercial development of the area in accordance with the Woodmans Hill Gateway Master Plan.
