Sebastopol Community Hub
Project overview
The Sebastopol Community Hub Project will bring enormous benefit to the southern suburbs of Ballarat by rejuvenating and transforming an existing outdated facility.
The project includes the construction of a new community hub at 256 Vickers Street, replacing the former outdated facilities. The new facility will provide a fresh home for user groups of the existing building, including the Sebastopol Senior Citizens and 1st Sebastopol Guides.
Once complete, the facility will support community groups that used the former Sebastopol Senior Citizens Centre, as well offer activities and services to other community groups within the Sebastopol community.
The location of the hub will complement other well-loved community facilities next to and nearby the site, including the Sebastopol Men’s Shed, Ballarat Community Health, St George’s Reserve, Victory Park, and Sebastopol Splash Park.
